30-Day Returns
We have a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your jewelry must be:

With all tags attached

Accompanied by proof of purchase

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before requesting a return.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, please return the original piece (if eligible) and place a new order once your return is approved.
European Union – 14 Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a reason.
Items must be unworn, unused, in original packaging, with tags attached, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
